All products supplied by Tagrugby.ie and Hell & Back.ie are on the express understanding that the purchaser agrees with the following terms & conditions of sale:

• All goods are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in Euro. All orders must be paid in full before an order can be processed.
• Prices are inclusive of VAT (currently 23%).
• Online delivery is currently only available to Ireland and Northern Ireland and is charged at a standard €4.00 per order. Please contact us for larger orders or to deliver overseas and we will prepare a delivery quote for you.
• When you receive your order, please check it carefully to ensure it is correct. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us immediately on:

• If you play in a Tagrugby.ie League or Blitz, you will also be able to buy Tag Shorts from your Venue Manager.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Delivery is by courier between 09:00 and 17:00 . We therefore strongly recommend that you use a work address if there is no-one at home between 09:00 and 17:00.

You should also submit a valid mobile number with your order to allow the courier contact you in case there is no-one at the address to accept the delivery.

Every effort will be made to deliver all goods on time but no responsibility can be accepted for late or non-delivery. Please call us ASAP on 01 2020100 (Tag Rugby) if you have any special delivery requests and we will do what we can to try and accommodate you.

DAMAGED / MISSING GOODS
If your goods arrive damaged or go missing in transit, contact us immediately on 01 2020100 (Tag Rugby) and we will try and track it for you. 

RETURNS / REFUNDS
You will be entitled to a full refund if you return your purchase to us within 28 days unused and in the original packaging. Please return your purchase to:
